“The love I have experienced from Jesus Christ keeps me going every day", Katherine said. "Everything I have prayed for has happened. To reunite with my Dad after a brief separation due to civil war, asking for a little sister to be born…”

She added: “I am a Christ believer. That means so many things: Love your neighbour as yourself. Love your enemies. Christ sacrificed himself for people like us who are faulty and do not manage to be like that. His infinite love permeates. I mean, he accepted nails to die on the cross out of love for us humans!”

“There is so much more to this world than just this physical world”, Katherine continued. “When I look around, I am just mesmerised. All has a purpose - the birds, the sun, the trees, even the worms. What kind of intelligence did that!

I used to drive the car an hour to get to work early in the morning and when I was on the highway and I’d see the sun rise – it was in those moments especially that I would just dive into this sense of wonderment.”

Katherine shared how her connection to Christ had changed over time from seeing him in her dreams as a child, to visions and premonitions in adulthood.

She told me that she used to have a little picture of Jesus Christ’s hands with the nail marks on it which she used to pray.

Her smallest thus shows exactly that.
