23 Explanation

Milan was sitting in the car with me and his friends driving to a festival. “Everything should be explicable”, he said. “There is so much we do not understand. But I believe that everything is explicable. Many things are intangible, and that is why we assume that they cannot be explained,

but I believe they will be explained."

He added: "I do not believe in conventional forms of believes, like a particular religion. I think what we strive for are explanations.

What happened before big bang?

We do not know – so, in a way, I believe in science.

I also believe in connectedness. There is ‘something’, the infinite expansion of the universe, but we do not understand it yet. A concept, a power. Something. A consciousness.”

Milan’s smallest is a quantum particle leap. At first sight, we do not know what happens in between, not exactly, it is there, it is gone, it reappears again.

An intricate interconnected structure holds it in place, and allows it to jump from one side of reality to the other – if you do not know about the way the structure holding the particle functions, you cannot explain its whereabouts.

It is a scientific concept striving to explain but ending in its explanatory power before its own 'big bang' (does the smallest have a consciousness that could remember its own creation?).

Funnily, Milan himself at some point decided to hop off the car (there was a traffic jam slowing us down), he disappeared, then reappeared again as the jam dissolved, then disappeared again and hopped into the car of some other friends who were also on the way to the festival. I heard he reappeared again when the group assembled at the camping ground.

Oh, and here is the explanation:
