I have been working with energy since 2015. Learning how to receive it from the universe and how to pass it on gently - to people and to places that need balance. Some places feel heavy because something remains attached to them. Not out of evil, but out of unfinished connection. When light is offered, what is ready moves on. What is not, waits.

Energy is transferred constantly. Through words. Through attention. Through intention. During the day, we lose it. My work is to restore it - like watering something that still wants to live.

The energy I give is not mine. It is first received, then shared. Because one must be aligned before helping others.

Meditation is daily. The work is continuous.
